As the lead graphic designer, I was responsible for executing all design materials for the team, ranging from appointment flyers, property brochures and client pitches, to new construction signage and promotional materials, as well as event, merchandise, and vehicle branding. I also had the opportunity to mentor marketing interns, manage a team of design virtual assistants, and onboard and train a junior graphic designer.
